Refund Policy

While we hope you absolutely love your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, damaged items, and what happens if a parcel makes its way back to us.

🌟 Change of Mind

As all our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Thank you for understanding!

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at hello@inspireherquest.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and how the items were packed inside

  • Keep all original packaging—this is required for us to make a claim with the postal service

If approved, you may be asked to return the item. Items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Be in their original condition

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are unable to refund original or return shipping fees.

💫 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

📬 Unclaimed Orders

If your order is returned to us as unclaimed:

  • A refund will be issued minus the shipping cost, including any return shipping fees charged to us

  • Refunds will only be processed after the item is returned to us in good condition

If your order qualified for free shipping, our standard shipping fee at the time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.

⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take a few days to appear

  3. Contact your bank for processing time

❌ Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final and can’t be refunded.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@inspireherquest.com.au

🚚 Return Shipping

If your item needs to be returned to us, please note:

  • Shipping costs are not refundable

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard rate at the time will be deducted from any refund

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed

Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
